Nexgen Premium Waterproof Wood Floors

It is a man-made structural panel, engineered specifically for flooring, made by compressing minerals + resins (and sometimes micro-wood fibers) into a rigid slab.

Think of it as:

An engineered stone-and-polymer board designed to replace plywood
 

—not vinyl, not wood panels.

While every factory tweaks the recipe, it usually contains:

• Calcium carbonate (limestone powder) → weight, rigidity, water stability
   
• Polymer binders (PVC-free or low-PVC resins) → flexibility + cohesion
   
• Very fine wood fibers (optional, small %)
   
• Stabilizers & coupling agents
   

⚠️ Important:
If wood is present, it’s microscopic fiber, not chips or strands — nothing that can swell like MDF or plywood.

1. Raw materials are blended into a dry or semi-wet compound
    
2. The compound is hot-pressed under extreme pressure
    
3. The result is a single solid slab
    
4. Locking profiles are CNC-milled directly into that slab
    

There are no glue layers, no cross-plies, and no voids.

This core is a structural composite.

Plywood fails because:
